World's Easiest Mithayi is this Coconut Laddoo, which I made this Diwali in a jiffy.
When you have time constraint and you want to make something homemade sweet for any ocassion or festival, these Coconut (Nariyal) Laddoos are the best options. Tasty,Authentic,Yummy and what not ☺
Now go to the recipe, which is one of the easiest and shortest recipe for any Laddoo.
Ingredients - Milkmaid 1 cup
Dessicated Coconut 250 gms
Preparation Time - 10 Minutes ☺
Method-
1. In a bowl add Dessicated coconut and then add Milkmaid with one spoon at a time. Mix it with spoon to make a mixture not too wet not too dry.
2. Start taking small portion with your hand and give them shape like ladoo by keep on rolling them and keep them in a plate.
3. Keep all your Laddoos in fridge for 30 minutes to set them.
4. Enjoy your tasty ,super easy coconut Laddoos.
